Maximum number of submissions = 6

Display – there will be other artists’ works (paint, watercolor, etc.) on display so our works will probably be interspersed with those. Your image may be above or below eye level so larger images are preferred.

Prints – black & white, sepia

Media – digital prints/illustrations on paper, canvas, metal

If you are using a frame, it needs to be black, white or silver. Canvas, acrylic, metal, etc images do not need to have a frame.

Mats – black or white

Back wires – sturdy – neither PDIS nor Gold Hill Mesa will be responsible for damage due to frame/wire failure

Also: no gold or brightly colored frames; no heavy weight or textured frames; no craft images, no miniatures; no sawtooth hooks; no floating frames; no easels; no attached easels on the back of the frame

Each artwork must have 2 identical tags: 1 – attached to the back of the piece and 2 – brought with the piece to display with the art. Below is a downloadable, editable PDF file that you can modify and print or you can print to write on by hand.

Sales are handled directly between the customer and artist. You must include a phone number on the tag in order for a customer to contact you regarding purchasing an image. The venue does not charge a commission.

This show is not judged and will not have awards or prizes. Both PDIS and Gold Hill Mesa representatives have the right to reject images if needed.

There is no security presence at Gold Hill Mesa Gallery during the week, weekends, or the reception except cameras.  The building should be locked during the week, but neither PDIS nor Gold Hill Mesa will be liable for theft/damage.

Note: Gold Hill Mesa allows you to sell a piece off the wall during the show. If you sell during the show and take it off the wall before the end of the show, the Gallery requires you to replace it with another print.
