Below is a list of our planned field trips for 2026.
We try to plan 3-4 field trips per year for our members.
Thursday March 19th at 10:00 am
Our first field will be to the Museum of Illusions (cost ~ $25) in Denver along with a tour of the Daniels and Fisher Clock Tower (cost $10.70). We plan to meet at the museum at 10:00 am. If you would like to join us, please fill out the field trip form and register no later than March 16th.
April / May
We are planning a trip to either the Olympic Training Center or the Olympic and Paralympic Museum. More information to be announced later.
August / September
We plan to celebrate the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo’s 100th birthday by heading to the zoo to see and photograph their amazing animals. More information will be shared later.
As a bonus tour for this year, we also plan to tour the Steelworks Museum ( CF&I) in Pueblo. It is temporarily closed while they install a new exhibit. As soon as it is open again, we will make plans to go visit.
